Had same thing happen to me. Not sure where my original post was. Either here or Ms forum. It was a can bus setting. There are 2 places to enable canbus. .. check both. If I remember right other need to be enabled

4l80e setup that I have does not use exterior sector switch. All it uses is the internal pressure switches on the valve body. 4l60 is same i believe except for a few of the settings.

Not for nothing I had a problem with can bus cycling and it was a discrepancy with 2 different places to enable can coms. Look back thru my posts and you will see it. Not sure if that's your solution but it drove me crazy for a bit
