Re: GPIO main boards and heat sinks are now available

You will still need the components from Digikey you can use the BOM from the http://www.msgpio.com/manuals/mshift/assembly.html, Mouser has the parts that are on back order. The quantity's in the BOM will work but there will be extras this is because of the price breaks. For the input & output V...

Re: 4L80E code

Just got my GPIO today looks great and the rest of my parts should be here tomorrow. I will do a build guide for the 4l80E, this will take a little time and if there are any changes I will input them. Thanks Dave

STIM

How many of you would like a STIM for the GPIO that we can use with the transmissions. It will be manly directed for the 4L60/80 modes but can be modified to use wilth other tranys. weather we can get this done depends on how many want one. Thanks Dave

I just ordered my GPIO to day , I just ordered the http://www.megamanual.com/pgpbom.htm for the 4l60 and adjust from there you will need 2 Q13, 2 Q14 for the ISS there is enough extras to build the rest of the I...

Matt

I think the modular way is the best route to go this will be the most flexable and cost effective approach. I would be looking for trans control with a singe case

Re: Future GPIO Kit Availability?

To date the GPIO board is still in BETA testing and is getting closer to a production run. There are some final tweeks being done to the board and verifcation no date has been set yet. I myself am hopping for this summer or ? but will wait till then. I'm sure ther will be a anouncement when it will ...

Re: 4L60E 4WD application info request

I could be all wet here but the 4L60E only uses 1 VSS at any time in 2WD it's in the tail shaft housing ,4WD it's in the transfer case tail shaft housing. With a 4WD it would not matter where the range selector is ,the VSS will read the tail shaft speed. Here is some info on 4L60E VSS 1. The two-pul...
