I am running a 4L80e with megashift CAN connected to MSII. After some tuning of the trans I am no longer able to activate manual mode. I have looked through all my settings, and cannot find anything obvious causing this. When either button is pressed, the leds flash once signaling manual mode ...

I am interested in controlling an Allison 1000 with the MegaShift controller. I have done a little research into this transmission, and so far it seems that the current firmware might not support it.
