I have CAN_Commands set to active on both the MS3x and the Megashift. Should I maybe only have one or the other turned on? Is that maybe what's causing the MS3x to push through a full settings change?

Still not looking like the system knows if I'm in gear but it runs through the gears when I drive around. I'll post my msq and log tomorrow when I can have my brother run the laptop while I drive. Really happy the CAN is working and the GPIO has enough signals to drive.

I figured out the connection problem. Wasn't software, was hardware. Odd error message for a missed solder connection on the 3.0 main board. Couldn't say something like "no signal."

Having no luck setting up CAN bus so I'm going to piggyback onto the MS3x. I need to know what, if anything will be needed in modifying the GPIO board to take the tach signal from the MS3x.
